Very professional and kind disposition as well as extremely knowledgeable of product providing excellent advice for maintenance. Light colored Carpets looked new with a fresh aroma. I contacted the company by e-mail mid-afternoon on the 18th. I was contacted by phone within 2 hours. I was provided with rates for each task (one room wall-to-wall carpet, an oriental carpet, and a flight of stairs) and the job price. I was offered next day service, but opted for the next morning to better fit my schedule. On the morning of the appointment I was contacted by phone to verify that someone would be available to meet the technician. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 9 and 9:30 am, and did arrive at 9:20. Ferdie was polite, professional, and efficient. He was done in under an hour. The results were very good. The oriental rug was freshened up to my expectations. The cleaning removed several significant spots. The stairs had looked trodden down, and now look very good. Overall, this was a very good experience.(more)

The crew was professional, and very helpful. We had a wax spill on our carpet from two years ago, that other professionals could not get out and they were able to remove it! We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. It was so nice to have our carpets cleaned with no dry time. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely be using them again.(more)
